The new implementation date for the implementation of the Canadian Organic Regulation is June 30, 2009
The Canadian Organic Office presents the amended Regulation to the organic sector
Confirmed: The Canadian Organic Regulation will come into force in December 2008. On July Info-bio:
- A Transition Committee will propose measures for insuring a smooth transition in December
- The amended Canadian Organic Regulation will be presented soon
The premiere edition of OFC's newsletter Info-Bio reports on the proposed amendments to the Permitted Substances Lists, at the last Canadian General Standards Board’s meeting of the Committee on Organic Agriculture, held in April 2008.
